One of the most popular beliefs is that the longer it takes to have an orgasm the more intense it will be when it occurs. While I have found this to be true to some extent, I have also found that if the sexual experience is not to my liking all that much then it does not really matter how long it takes. It will still not be the most intense of orgasms. The most scientifically-based idea on how to intensify orgasms that I have come across is the study which concludes that it is a physiological thing. Meaning, it will depend on how much oxygen there is available to the nerve endings which will determine just how intense a persons orgasms will be, on average. This type of view on how to intensify orgasms is in my opinion based on a relatively sound fact. If the person has more oxygen in their blood then it will be more likely that they will have more nerve endings firing and be able to transfer the signal from those nerve endings to the brain in a much more efficient manner. The ways in which you increase oxygen content of your blood go up will have many other health benefits other than intense orgasms, such as better stamina and less heart disease and respiratory illness. Exercise is the most common way to increase the rate of oxygen in the blood but there are many other ways to do it as well. The Indian culture has been using meditation and yoga as a way to intensify their orgasms for thousands of years and I do not think that they would keep it up for that long if they were not on to a winner. Their method of how to intensify an orgasm is called “tantra” and there is a lot of good literature on this subject out in the ether. The Asian culture has been doing it for a long time in the form of herbal methods to intensify the orgasms they have, and there is a good basis for what they have been up to as well. The herbs they use, of which ginseng and ginko biloba are most popular, are clinically proven to increase blood flow and improve circulation. These orgasm intensifying herbs are on the market to us in many forms, one of which is called a penis enhancement patch. If you want to know how to intensify orgasms, the best bet would be to look for all of these things on the net and try them for yourself and see what works for you. If all of them work for you then life is going to be that much sweeter! A concrete study on how to intensify orgasms is probably never going to happen in this life time for the reason that it is too hard to study. So do your own homework and find out what works for you! Philip Lim, editor of Lasting Longer In Bed reveals the amazing secrets to boost your confidence and make a positive impact on your sex life. You can learn more at http://www.LastingLongerInBed.com

Winnie the Pooh is the classic picture of Inattentive ADHD. In other works we have called this “Space Cadet” style ADHD. These are people that suffer from “brain fog” as they go through their day. Although Pooh is very lovable and kind, he is also inattentive, sluggish, slow-moving, unmotivated. He is a classic daydreamer. People with this type of ADHD are often easily distracted, and have problems staying focused on boring tasks, like homework or cleaning. Their ability to pay attention to a task that is not interesting, or is hard, is limited. They will often daydream when others are talking to him/her, They will often lose things, and cannot find anything that they have just put down somewhere. They are often late. And they are often easily bored. This type of ADHD is caused by the prefrontal cortex of the brain actually slowing down (instead of brain activity speeding up) when placed under a work load, like reading or doing homework. This part of the brain looks normal when “at rest” but actually looks like it is starting to fall asleep when asked to “go to work.” This makes it very hard to pay attention to school work, get homework done, listen to the teacher, clean your room, and so on. We have actually observed this hundreds of times with subjects on an EEG. When at rest, the brainwave activity is pretty normal. But once the subject is asked to read, or to do a math worksheet, the subject’s brainwave activity begins to look like the subject is falling asleep. This sure makes school hard for these students! Winnie the Pooh style inattention is seen mostly in girls. It responds well to stimulants, such as ritalin and adderall, but other interventions work well also. We recommend our Eating Program to start with. In addition, we recommend ATTEND for ADHD symptoms and MEMORIN for increased focus and concentration to task. The ATTEND contains L-Tyrosine. It also contains GABA, DL-Phenylalyne, Ginko, Pycnogenol and Grape Seed Extracts, 5-HTP, pregnenolone, DMAE, and more. See the ATTEND ingredients list. The MEMORIN contains more Ginko, plus lots of Phosphatidyl Serine and other phosphatidyls, and more pregnenolone. Together these nutraceutical medicines can make a very positive impact on children and teens, without the need for stimulant medications. Douglas Cowan, Psy.D., is a family therapist who has been working with ADHD children and their families since 1986. He is the clinical director of the ADHD Information Library’s family of seven web sites, including http://www.newideas.net, helping over 350,000 parents and teachers learn more about ADHD each year. Dr. Cowan also serves on the Medical Advisory Board of VAXA International of Tampa, FL., is President of the Board of Directors for KAXL 88.3 FM in central California, and is President of NewIdeas.net Incorporated.
